Two contacts can have the same email address

Doesn't really make sense for two different people to share the same email, should block such inputs to avoid user mistakes

Assuming we have a contact that is a young client (children and minors), with a guardian. You can't expect the children to handle their own policies and make decisions. As such, it makes sense for two contacts (guardian and child) to have the same contact information, and even address, since the point of contact is the guardian.
