How to prepare "230101_LMM_input.txt" #4

Hi, Thanks a lot for this very useful work. I don't know how to prepare the file "230101_LMM_input.txt" when I plot Figure3C follow the your code. Could you tell me what type of documents should be prepared? Have a nice day.

Thank you so much for your interest in my work. I'd be happy to explain the format of the "230101_LMM_input.txt" file.

Each row in this file represents the Ensembl ID of an orthologous gene from three different species. The columns list the nine tissues corresponding to each of these three species. The values in each cell are the log10 (FPKM-UQ + 0.01) values.

To help you further, I'm also attaching the "230101_LMM_input.txt" file with this message for your reference.
