Move to SPDX license identifiers, recommended by the Linux kernel.
Fix MODULE_LICENSE() using improper license.
Meet the BSD 2-clause requirement from pqueue.[ch] by printing NVMeVirt: pqueue: Copyright (c) 2014, Volkan Yazıcı <volkan.yazici@gmail.com>. All rights reserved. during initialization on CONFIG_NVMEVIRT_SSD.
