Feature you want to implement

Overall strcuture of the visualizer app.
Fetching the experiment code and vcd file.
Show the code using QScintilla.

How the feature is implemented

It consists of two frames; CodeViewerFrame and VcdViewerFrame.
In this issue, handle only CodeViewerFrame.
