Rename the project name to `qiwis` #168

As we discussed in #156, we finally decided this project name as qiwis, "QuIqcl Widget Integration Software". I replaced all qiwi with qiwis.

This will close #156.

Nice work! Please change the repository name as well.

I updated the repository name! We need to modify the wiki.. but I think it isn't urgent so let's put it on hold.
