[FEATURE] Connect random number generator to database manager #28

Feature you want to implement

I want to connect numgen to dbmgr for reflecting signals updating databases.

How the feature is implemented

  1. In NumGenApp, implement received signal for updating the database list.
  2. Deal with cases where any database is not selected.
