[BUG] Update frame positioning set-up in swift #33

Describe the bug

We intended frames with the same position (e.g. left, right) to overlap each other. But now, it doesn't overlap and the frame only gets smaller. (See the below screenshot.)

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected causes and correction methods

Creating helps someone modify, even if you're unsure

We hope two numgen frames to overlap.

Oh, the tab-style stacking was not the default behavior..

Let's resolve this after developing all the five apps. It will not be a serious problem for now.
