Change the directory name `apps` -> `examples` #97

Originally posted by **kangz12345** March 11, 2023 They are actually example codes and in fact not included in `swift` package. I think the name `apps` is quite confusing. I suggest that we change the directory name to `examples`, and move the `setup.json` into `examples`.
