According to the message and measure. queue implemented by #5, the task handler controls and monitors WLM.

There are several types of control for each channel.

Set on/off
Set exposure time
Set measurement period (soft limit)

In addition, there are several types of control for overall WLM.

Calibration
Operation (start/stop measurement)
