I added a GitHub action checking ESLint. The main features are the follows.

wlm-ui/eslint.config.mjs: A config file for ESLint, similar to .pylintrc
If there is a badly written code, an error occurs. You can find it in #10 for BECATRUE/1/add-eslint-with-error branch.

This resolves #1.
