라는 에러가 나는데 이게 무슨 에러인가요?

일단 npm과 nodejs의 버전이 꽤 낮은 것 같습니다. 둘 다 버전을 올리고 다시 해보신 뒤 여전히 문제가 발생하면 알려주시기 바랍니다.
