Can't get data from forms.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add call to field.Buffer(0) to code
2. Run go build
3. Read errors

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect code to compile and return contents of field.  Actually see build 
errors, as Field does not have a Buffer method.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

85c70fa432ac+ tip, go 1.1, Ubuntu 12.04
