Clean up references to MOFFLES #12

Fixes #6

The MOFFLES terminology has been replaced by the more intuitive MOFid (and MOFkey) convention. This PR makes the notation consistent in the source code.

RIP the Metal-Organic Framework Friendly Line Entry System...long live MOFid!
