Most of Dolphin's classes are put into a same package, regardless of location where the code runs on (e.g., client, driver, worker, server).

This package structure is quite bad at

parsing overall architecture
apply common change/configuration to a certain set of codes (e.g., all classes in workers)

It'd be better to reorg them into separate packages.
