This PR:

makes subscription of runtime event handlers more generic and flexible for a more variety of runtime event handlers.

resolves #529

I don't think that adding Tang to user-facing interface is good. If this change is merged, user have to know what is the Configuration, Injector, and so on.

@sanha I'll then add the Tang part to the EventHandler. How does that sound?
