Modified the MNISTParse code from SecureNN to convert csv data to 3 shares of data
Modified loadData() in Secondary.cpp to let each party holding a share of data and fixed a small bug in the function
Implement the getAccuracy() in NeuralNetwork.cpp

I have checked the code and found that rand() generate the same randomness when the executable is run as Party A, B, and C.
