update release version and desktop enviroments #24

Page Metadata Updates

If you're just updating information/metadata on a page make sure you've also done the following:.

[x] updated the post's date in both the date: field and the filename (YYYY-MM-DD-name)
[ ] updated the screenshot file to the latest version (if applicable)

I'll accept the addition of deepin, but openbox and i3 are essentially just window managers and aren't "desktop environments" like those have posts on the site.

yeah, but each has a different ISO with it as the only WM/DE

Can't include those in the desktops tags as there are not corresponding pages for those desktops, plus two of those are Window Managers and not desktop environments.
