Yes. Faba "absorbed" the symbolic icon theme. If you remove faba-icon-theme-symbolic
it should update no problem.
Your packaging is broken. Debian packages have the means of doing transitions like that. Read about "Replaces" and "Conflicts" please.ThanksZK Sent from my BlackBerry 10 smartphone. Yeah, I know about those but it didn't occur to me & in hindsight I realize that's what I should've done.
But a build is pending for the PPA.
