Missing shuffle icon #14

I don't know if this is a moka or faba issue, anyway... Banshee changes the "play next item" button to a shuffle one when the shuffle is selected. Did you already created this icon?

Audacious 3.5.1 is missing shuffle and repeat icons as well as the volume icon: missing_audacious_icons (Using Faba-Lutu on Ubuntu 14.04 via moka-stable PPA)

Don't worry, Faba is getting a major facelift and these icons will be brought into it (along with a tonne of others).
