Fix small folder on drag #60

Fixes snwh/moka-icon-theme#266 which was very annoying. Consists basically on creating some links from folder-open to drag-accept which was only available on 24x24.

Also moved all folder-open icons to the status folder, as each one was in a different place for each size, following the freedesktop specification.

Is this going anywhere? I love this theme but this issue is very annoying and the fix is very simple.
