Would you update this issue with the icon file names of all of these, I'm not omniscient. ;)

@snwh Unfortunately, most of this apps uses their own icons stored in /usr/share/pixmaps or other places. So names for icon is not important because icons should be set manually for each app. If you're gonna create icons for them just name it as in list above and use lower case. I guess it should be enough.

gImageReader is already requested on this previous issue https://github.com/snwh/moka-icon-theme/issues/115. You can remove it.
