Add livepatch icon and render #401

For Ubuntu Budgie19.04 there is a new icon called livepatch - think this is generic enough to apply to other distro's that have similar capability to live patch their kernel like fedora.

The arrow emblem on some of these are out of proportion relative to the background, try comparing with another icon to get the right size.
