Redesigned the quassel icon to mirror the official icon more closely #432

I’m the designer of the official quassel icon set, and I also happen to use Ubuntu Budgie. So I thought I’d update the Quassel icon to mirror the official icon more closely.

Of course, if that’s not desired, I’ll just close the PR, but I thought it’d look kinda neat.
