Progress bars #210

Progress bars in some apps such as deluge don't look so material, rather they look retro screenshot from 2015-08-11 17 35 46

install gtk2-engine-murrine. if not working, also install gtk2-engine-fixbuf

The latter: gtk2-engine-pixbuf* though, might do it if not already installed.

Both the packages are already installed

What about progressbars elsewhere in Deluge?
