This isn't an issue, but a suggestion.
I think that the Paper theme could use more animations, like ripple effects on button hover/click and bounce effect when reaching either side on scroll.
I've found a theme that has them, perhaps you could fork it? It is licenced under GPL-2.0. https://github.com/nana-4/Flat-Plat
