Default iconset should be Paper-Mono-Dark for MATE Desktop #459

Ubuntu 16.04 / MATE Desktop 1.16 / GTK2 / paper-gtk-theme 2.1+r265dailyubuntu16.04.1

Paper theme uses Paper iconset as default but for MATE Desktop, it would be better to use Paper-Mono-Dark otherwise, icons in the notification area are nearly unreadable (see the sound volume icon in the top right corner of the screen capture) capture du 2017-09-22 20-34-45 ![Uploading Capture du 2017-09-22 20-35-59.png…]()
