Broken KDE Plasma System Icons

First off, Paper is one of the greatest icon themes out there right now. I really appreciate all the work put into it. I switched to KDE recently and noticed a few glaring issues.

Broken/Missing Menu Icons

I noticed a few of the action items are missing the correct symlink for KDE Plasma. As a result, KDE's default application launcher, and file manager (dolphin) do not look as nice as they could.

• [x] Session: Lock - Doesn't match
• [ ] Session: Logout - Seems to be grabbing system-log-out.svg from 22x22/panel instead of 16x16/actions
• [x] System: Hibernate - Extremely blurry by default. Needs proper symlinks to ./actions/system-suspend-hibernate.png from system-hibernate.png, if a svg option exists, would be nice to match Suspend, Shut Down, and Logout.
• [ ] System: Reboot - Works normally? Again, would be nice to have consistent theme with Shut Down and Suspend

  Broken/Missing Dolphin Icons

Functionality of the Dolphin file browser is impaired without these icons. A few that I've noticed are:

• [ ] List view settings. Notice that they are all the same icon. It is difficult to figure out which button is compact, list, detailed, etc. Only view-list.svg seems to exist, though view-list-details.svg, view-list-icons.svg, and view-list-tree.svg exist in the default Breeze icon theme.

• [ ] view-preview.svg or fileview-preview.svg: Both are present in Breeze icon theme, but are currently missing, resulting in just text being shown.

• [ ] Recently Saved - makes use of view-calendar-day.svg and view-calendar-month.svg

• [ ] Places

• [ ] Search
