I introduced jest here to help me understand and validate the existing behaviour before extending the htmlParser to add support for a new CDN.

It is not hugely popular but is still appearing in GitHub

Looks great Please also update the Readme with the addition for this CDN and add a line to changelog. Feel free to merge afterwards.
