Flat fields ending up in trash #9

Not clear this is the right repository for this, but @pndaly noticed that our flats were being put in the 'trash' by RTS2 tonight. @swyatt7 has a hunch this is because the internal image processing of RTS2 is not function and throwing errors after every image.

It would be nice if RTS2 never threw a flatfield in the trash, whether or not it had the right number of counts. I think this is something we should let Banzai decide in another step in the process (I'm projecting, as Banzai does not work for Mont4K yet).
