Added f/H contours #103

Added capability for plotting f/H contours. Whether bathymetry or f/H is plotted is determined by the argument which_contour.

This PR addresses issue https://github.com/so-wise/weddell_gyre_clusters/issues/102

Also done: converted bathymetry loader to work with xarray
