There is some discrepancy between /dist and /app folder.
Do you use the gulp script?
Meaning is to change code in the /app folder and gulp is merging this to /dist folder automatically.
Commits should then contain both changes in /app and /dist.
If there are only changes in /dist the gulp script will revert them automatically
