500 error when cb_install initially run - disabled htaccess in /root now installs

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. uploaded "Upload" files to linux godaddy.com hosting server
2. enter in address http://1in1.co/cb_install
3. 500 error occurs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
install setup

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
clipbucket v2.6 | linux server hosted by godaddy.com

Please provide any additional information below.
i renamed .htaccess in to .htaccess1 in /root directory and install worked. 
Upload of video will not complete, I think, because there is no .htaccess in 
root now. Please help.

Could be permission issue not a bug.

Anyways, even if you manage to install clipbucket godaddy will not support it 
to its full extent. Godaddy is not for videosharing site hosting it is only 
capable of hosting blogs and other stuff if you want to run a videosharing site 
please visit the link below for supported hosts.
