Installing bugs and errors in the code.

When I installed the CB I noticed:
Do not installed updates for the SQL database you can check after installation 
in column cb_video does not appear subscription_email, respectively, are 
beginning to roll errors in the process. And do not install any updates. There 
are errors in the file cb_install/ajax.php because it does not stand up 
properly updated.

Also, there are errors in the minimum specified 
admin_area/styles/cbv2/layout/main.php 320p video and has to be 360p.

There's also a typo in includes/classes/conversion/ffmpeg.class.php type of: 
bite_rate biterate and others, respectively in the user changing their settings 
will not receive any changes to the video encoding.

Also, if you install SEO URLs then the video title in Russian letters, a 
reference is obtained with the Russian letters, and with the form of a script 
begins non-stop page to redirect itself to itself.

Please enter only 1 bug per issue here, so they can be tracked properly. It 
looks like you have discovered at least 4 different issues, and they need to be 
addressed independently.

Also could you please give an example of the Russian title that does not work, 
so the developers can test out the title on their testing systems?
