Error 403--Major Issue, Need Urgent Help! #287

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Changes in Website Configuration
2. Upload Video/Grab From Youtube/Embed Video
3. Upload Images

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It gives Error 403. Access Not Granted

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v2.6 Stable

Please provide any additional information below.
The website does not allow to make changes in website configuration or upload 
any video/image. If i try to make changes in its settings then it gives me 
ERROR 403. I have tried many things but I am unable to get it back to normal. 

Please help me in this issue. I will be very thankful to you.

m unable to upload video from Youtube. it takes alot of time . i have same 
script installed on another website that working but today i installed it 
manually.

So has this ever been resolved?! I cannot even begin to work on my site because 
whenever I want to change your Website Configuraton such as my websites name 
and click Update Settings, I get "403 Error - Sorry, you cannot access this 
page."...
Help? Please?
