template and language editor errors #297

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. template editor - not working
2. language editor not working
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
<EM> no template found <EM>
cant edit a single phrase

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CB ver 2.6

Please provide any additional information below.
I would love this to get fixed, it would make life so much easier

images of areas and what it looks like, I cannot change a phrase and cannot 
edit a template

PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS - 

also when you fix a bug for ver 2.6 do you just update the svn files of 
ClipBucket so when we download the program again will it have bug fixes as you 
fix them or will you update all at once ??

1 - To update language phrases, all you have to do is to click on phrase and it 
will let you edit it..

2 - There is some CSS missing in template editor. please read here about our 
svn source
