Most I/O error 's are occur when there is lack of resource in the server. But
it may persist for couple of minutes[for example server backup is running or
any up-gradation etc].When server load retain to normal position ,I/O error

Same issue here, brand new quad core, 12gb mem, 2tb disk space. Only thing on
this server is a brand new CB installation. Plenty of resources. I
If I upload a 3MB it uploads and converts as intended. If I upload a 48mb file
it quits about 48% and dumps the IO error. If I upload a 25mb file it stops
with IO error. If I upload a 11mb file it gets stuck on 100%.
My php.ini is configured for uploads up to 3gb(post_max_size &
upload_max_filesize set to 3072) and have modified the timeout to match CB
settings.
Any ideas?
