What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install new language
2. remove it
3. install same language with diffent translation
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
new translation should be there but surprisingly the old translation shown
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.6 on linux

the language that I try to add is arabic
I downloaded the 1 provided in the support forum and it was google translated
and not accurate and some words looks weird and shouldnt be used there,
therefor I translated it myself and readd the new language file ... but
unfortunately I always get the old arabic translation (google translation)
