conversion problem #325

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upload video
2. problem convert
3. Unknown file details - Unable to get output video details using FFMPEG

What is the expected output? NORMAL
What do you see instead? "Video details have been updated"

What version of the product are you using?2.6 On what operating system?Linux 
2.6.32-220.17.1.el6.x86_64

Hi,
when I try to upload a video ClipBucket I have the following problem:

have you added any videos in /admin_area/lab_resources/test_videos first?
