Internet Exlorer 9 issues #333

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Access my site from Internet Explorer 9 
2.Drop down menu for logging in is behind the main tabs and you can't see 
upload video or photo tabs 
3.Photos are in one column and one row on main page in the photo section and 
random photo section.  Also the change list style to grid style on videos 
doesn't appear on internet explorer 9 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.6 latest version
