Thumbs is not generating #340

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. edit video
2. regenerate thumbs
OR
1.Upload a video 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
processing thumbnail should be replaced with the video thumbs. no thumbs is 
generated rather a same processing image is load

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CB v2.6, CentOS Release 5.8 (Final)

Please provide any additional information below.
checked /files/thumbs but no thumbs are generated. Running this terminal give 
me a thumb in ssh shell
"ffmpeg -i InputFile.FLV -vframes 1 -an -s 400x222 -ss 30 OutputFile.jpg" but 
CB is not generating thumbs. Conversion lab report is attached...
