Placing New Ad Code Disables 300x250 Ad on Index #342

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Manually Placing AD code either in Header or Index

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Attempting to place a 728x90 AD code under menu/above Editors pick. When saved 
and uploaded, my current 300x250 Ad will not appear. 

I am using this code:

<div align="center">
{AD place=ad_728x90}
</div>
<br />

I have tried placing it inside a table. I have also tried no tags at all. And 
also tried {literal} tags. The 728x90 AD will show. But my 300x250 will not.

On every other page both ads will appear. Just not on the Home page/Index.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
