manage_custom_fields.php missing in trunk #357

I installed custom field plugin, when I click Manage custom field link in admin 
area it says page not found

I have checked in latest trunk and it is not there.

Please fix this.

Custom fields were never fully developed and was removed. Will be added once 
developed
