browse_photos translation issue #376

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to translate browse_photos with cyrillic letters - button for browse 
photos in upload photo section.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Need to see 'Избери снимки', instead I see u0418u.. etc

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.6 on ubuntu server, php version 5.4

Please provide any additional information below.
