Problem search special chars "spanish"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add video whit name "EspaÑa, paÍs de mucha corrupciÓn"
2. I need search this video.. In search section I wrote "EspaÑa"
3. Mi site is Spanish

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Not dispplay nothing. The search result is null
- Why not search by description too??

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Clip Bucket 2.6

Please provide any additional information below.
It's necesary to seacrh all my videos in my site
