chinese language not showing correctly in the "browse video" button #391

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. change lang code "upload_video_button" from "Browse Video" into chinese 
"浏览"
2. click "upload video", the upload button is not showing the chinese correct 
but showing some messy codes as showed in the attached photo.
3. thinking it's because the version of uploadify is either too old or it's not 
coded correctly for other languages.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

need to upgrade uploadify or bugfix for version 2.1.4
