When I visit the frontend to play the video, video plays on "HD off" but will 
prompt an error (Video not found or access denied: 
http://yot-tube.com/files/videos/13694078150a7f7.mp4) when "HD on"

Im using a licensed JW player.
Everything works except for the HDs.

same issue...when I upload an .mov file, there should be both flv and mp4 files 
created, but I only get the .flv.  Then, when you play the video, there is no 
option to seek or fast forward, it always resets to the beginning.  Or 
sometimes the video won't play at all in HD.  Or sometimes it stops, like the 
whole video is not there, and it has the wrong mins/secs for the length. 
Sometimes there is no log file, sometimes the log file has an error.
