Clip-bucket Mass upload keeps videos in processing phase

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log into clip-bucket with a admin account
2. Go to videos tab and than go to upload videos
3. Click enter details than select a category and press Mass Upload Videos Now.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected out come is for a video to be uploaded and converted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am Using version 2.6

Mass upload feature is disabled because we have provided multiple video upload 
feature to the user.

Hi @hassan.b..@gmail.com!

Could you provide a tutorial how to enable back Mass upload feature, so we 
users can decide for ourselves if we want to use it or not. As I see this, the 
Mass upload and multiple video upload feature from the front end is not the 
same thing and does not carry the same functionality.
