Cached pagination doesn't exist #409

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set cached pagination to 'Yes' from cb control panel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should use Smarty cached pagination instead it is just a query caching.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Clipbucket 2.6

Please provide any additional information below.

Set Smarty variable $caching to true when cached pagination is enabled on 
clipbucket.
