videos uploaded by remote upload stay in processing forever ... & the upload file , keeps writing uploading at the bottom of the page even when the file is 100% uploaded

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. trying to up videos

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
using remote upload : the video stays in the PROCESSING status forever 
using file upload : the page keep writing uploading in the bottom button even 
when the process % shows 100% .... it stays uploading forever and never shows 
on the site

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
im using 2.6 r738 , on windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
i applied a free theme , called iclear-blue , ty
