Upload bug #431

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upload some videos
2. delete them with Select all check box
3. unable to upload other videos.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see Browse video box, empty on page boxes
I tried to log off and log on, restart server, fast-cgi.
Resolution is drop db and reinstall all...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.6
no logs with errors, just a status 200 on upload link request.
